I know it has been a few weeks since we spoke, I am sorry it has
taken me so long to write to you. I just wanted to let you know how
happy we are with the work that AccuAire has done for us.
Out of all the contractors who worked on our
new home, your company, by far, was the most professional. Not only
did you begin work on the day you promised, but you were done by the
date promised! Your employees were extremely professional, polite,
courteous, on time and they cleaned up after themselves everyday!
Regarding the system you installed for us -
the Hydro Air System for heating and cooling - we couldn't be
happier. The dual zoning is wonderful and the programmable
thermostats are top shelf. The air conditioning works flawlessly,
providing our 4,000 sq. feet with wonderful comfort in the summer.
The heating in the winter, along with the humidifier which you
installed in the system, is excellent. It is very efficient and kept
the house at a very comfortable temperature without using much fuel
at all.
We are projecting a total usage of 1,200
gallons of fuel for the whole year (having used only 600 gallons of
fuel for the months of December, 2000 through March, 2001)! The
savings on fuel we will realize will pay for the whole system in a
few years. I also wanted to mention your superb customer service.
There is always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone,
willing to help and you are always very flexible with the scheduling
of routine maintenance visits. I know we are in good hands.
All in all I would rate your company, your employees, the work
that was performed, the quality of the equipment installed and the
service to be EXCELLENT! Thank you very much! Working with your
company is truly a joy.
